Felt great on today's run, ran a good pace to Dehav then College Lane and back home .

Today I biked to work and back which is in Welwyn Garden City I'm not sure the exact distance but the trip is 30 min each way then I also bike to college lane Sunday night. All in all Sunday is a good cross training day.

Start of Spring

The last few weeks I have been extremely busy with coursework and trying to find a placement for the summer. My running has been sporadic, 2-3 short-medium runs a week, far from hardcore. I have also started going to the gym about twice a week and I have been riding my bike to work and back 70 minutes round trip, every Sunday and occasionally on Saturday. Basically I have been maintaining a minimum level of fitness and if I want to seriously compete this summer I must start training seriously. My goals for March include posting some serious mileage, to start regaining my endurance base.
